Sinovo drilling teeth use high grade alloy steel and tungesten carbide tip and adopt advancedbrazing technology to produce high quality, high wear resistance, long life cutters. we also can produce all kind of rotary bits, trenching bit and flat bit according to customers' requirements.
It is made of plasma surfacing powder, buttwelded by plasma butt welder. During the use of the product. the butt-welded layer protects the body the body life up to 25% longer.
In tungsten smelting and calcium carbide manufacturing technology rich experience, alloy tooth forged with the most impact and wear resistance of coarse particles and high precision steel, with impact resistance, high wear resistance, high efficiency, long service life etc, refuse to use any recycled alloy material.
Adopts 42crmo as the material of the pants body, special heat treatment process, make sure the product has a comprehensive performance of high hardness and high toughness, wear resistant and not easy to break, up to 100MPA on rock strata.
The unique & reasonable petal design, conducive to the slag discharge during construction, enhance the function of independent rotation, reduce the eccentric wear & the wear of gravel on the body, and then avoid the early failure of the product.
Application
1. Core barrel with bullet teeth is used for cutting an annular ring in rock or concrete(also reinforced concrete).
2. Core barrel with roller bits is used in very strong rock formations(compressive strength >100Mpa).
3. Cross cutter core barrel is mainly used to break rock cores which remain in the borehole after using a core barrel, also suitable for drilling hard, jointed rock(<100Mpa) and for penetrating through layers containing boulders.
Features
1. Cutting ring with staggered arrangement for round shank chisels.
2. Chisel holders are welded to the base body. The round shank chisels can be easily replaced.
3. Kelly box 130, 150, 200mm(as optional).
